Started in 2006, initially the sole concentration was to cater to residential projects for independent clients to make their dream of having a dream house come true without hassles and timely completion and since then the company has also diversified into commercial buildings, Factory buildings and Land development.

How it works
Client Requirement
Knowing your requirements are at our utmost interest. We greet you with your dream house ideation and deliver its visualization.
Site Visit
Visiting site, knowing site perpendicularity, road level, checking if any electric pole obstructs the construction and all the other details are noted down before starting to plan.
Client Meeting
We schedule a formal meeting to let you know the details about the site. If all your requirements are well adopted.
Planning and designing
We plan your house everything to Vaastu oriented, making sure we do not compromise with the space. With our different options of plans which are Vaastu oriented, we discuss these options with our client and make them know every details in the plan.
Agreement signing
Once all the materials and type of work is discussed with client an agreement will be signed between the CLIENT and LEELA CONSTRUCTIONS
Daily work updates to clients
Updating the client of everything that is being carried out in site on daily basis. This would help both our clients to get the updates and our labours to have a clear schedule for work.
Regular Site visit by technical team
Regular site visit by our well experienced site engineers to ensures every work is carried out to the right precision.
Materials selection with Client
Every material we use from the start to the finishing will be confirmed from our clients. We would take clients to selection process like tiles, paint or anything that’s required for each stage of work
Checking of work at Final stage
Checking of all the work that has been executed to make sure we have delivered the best outcome for the house
Handing over the key.
Once project is completed, we hand over it to our clients and we make sure all our client requirements were taken care with great pleasure.
